SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders including international are shipped via Priority Mail at a flat rate regardless of the number of issues ordered.
$5.50 for all USA destinations
$11.50 for all Canada destinations
$13.50 for all other destinations
REFUND & RETURN POLICIES
Lost in Transit/Order Did Not Arrive: If the order does not arrive within 30 days from the date payment is made, the purchaser is eligible for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs. The purchaser must contact us by e-mail at [email protected] no more than 45 days after the date of payment to initiate a refund for an order lost in transit.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Provided by Purchaser/Unclaimed/Returned to Sender/Etc.: If the order is returned to us for one of these reasons or a comparable reason, we will refund all of the purchase price except the shipping & handling charge.
Incorrect Issue/Not as Described/Damaged Before or In Transit: The purchaser is eligible to receive a full refund of the purchase price including shipping & handling charge and reimbursement for the return of the order to us. To be eligible for this refund we must be notified of the problem by e-mail at [email protected] within 5 calendar days after the order was delivered.
Changed Mind/Ordered the Wrong Issue: We must be notified of the problem by e-mail at [email protected] within 5 calendar days after order delivery and the order must be securely packaged and mailed to us with delivery or signature confirmation within 7 calendar days after the e-mail notification.
